A slim, light weight laptop is always a dream of one who already possess an ordinary one, which are heavier and is tiring to carry. Chip maker Intel predicts that by the end of next year, 40 percent of all consumer laptops sold will be ultrabooks - light and slim computers. Thanks to Intel!USA Today's Ed Baig tested models from Asus and Acer, and was impressed with their responsiveness. Intel predicts that laptops will keep getting slimmer and resemble a tablet. Internet Marketing companies like Web Listings Inc will have their opportunities increased with the coming of these slimmer ultrabooks.
The Intel company says that the ultrabooks are mainstream computers aimed at customers who really want portability. These are light machines, sub 3 lbs, thin, they're good-looking. The idea is that you would travel with them.
But, remember one thing! These are not for heavy duty gamers or video editors and battery performance left something to be desired.
